In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where context permits, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

• "pak65" refers to the pak65 platform, operated at pak65.bio, including all games, services, promotions, and features available to registered users.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the pak65 website, mobile browser experience, and any associated services, including the casino lobby, sportsbook, and account management interface.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with pak65 or accesses any part of the pak65 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account held by a Player on the pak65 Platform, including the associated PKR wallet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pak65 Platform and must not register an account or use any pak65 services. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

pak65 reserves the right to require Players to re-confirm acceptance of these Terms at any time, including following a material amendment. Failure to re-confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary account restriction until confirmation is received.

Use of the pak65 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pak65 enforces a minimum age of 21 years in accordance with its international gaming license conditions. You will be required to verify your age through CNIC submission during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any balance will be forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal restriction, court order, or other obligation that prohibits you from engaging in online gambling activities.
3. Not a Problem Gambler Under Exclusion: You must not be registered under any self-exclusion scheme, whether through pak65 or any other operator or regulatory body, at the time of registration or use. If you are currently self-excluded from gambling services, you must not register with pak65.
4. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the pak65 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pak65 does not represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Pakistani players access pak65 using an international gaming license framework — you are responsible for understanding the regulatory environment applicable to you personally.
5. Not a pak65 Employee or Affiliate: Employees of pak65, its affiliated companies, service providers, and software suppliers, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

To access the full functionality of the pak65 Platform, including making deposits, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals, you must register a valid account. The following conditions apply to the registration and management of your pak65 account:

• One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one pak65 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts. Any balances — real-money or bonus — held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak65 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pak65 support staff will never ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• Account Maintenance: You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay KYC verification and withdrawal processing.
• Inactive Accounts: pak65 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to accounts that have been inactive — defined as having no login activity — for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, in accordance with the fee schedule published in the account settings section. pak65 will provide reasonable prior notice of any inactive account fee application.

pak65 operates under an international gaming license that mandates compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. As a condition of using the Platform — and in particular before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold — pak65 is required to verify the identity of all Players.

The standard KYC documentation required at pak65 includes, but is not limited to:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back;
• A recent selfie photograph holding your CNIC, clearly showing both your face and the document simultaneously;

pak65 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where it deems this necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by pak65 may result in withdrawal processing delays or, in cases of non-compliance, account suspension.

All KYC documents submitted to pak65 are stored using AES-256 encryption and are accessible only to authorised compliance personnel. pak65 does not share KYC documentation with third parties except where required by law or by its regulatory obligations under its international gaming license.

All financial transactions on the pak65 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits

• pak65 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, and 1LINK.

• Withdrawals require KYC verification to be completed before processing for amounts above pak65's published threshold. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively to avoid delays.
• Standard withdrawal processing times at pak65 are 15–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa for verified accounts. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within the same business day in standard cases.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unsatisfied bonus funds will result in the bonus amount being forfeited rather than withdrawn.
• pak65 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests, including for AML compliance purposes, regardless of prior KYC status.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak65 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one pak65 account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account restriction;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using third-party payment methods, including deposits made in another person's name, to fund your pak65 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the pak65 Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing information in a live dealer setting to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using the pak65 Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity — pak65 will report such activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the pak65 Platform. Players discovering such vulnerabilities are required to report them to pak65 support immediately;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the dispute through the pak65 support process. Chargebacks without prior dispute resolution are considered fraudulent and will result in account closure;
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, interfering with platform security infrastructure, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to pak65 systems.

pak65 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Pakistani players who use the Platform. The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to the pak65 Terms and Conditions:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak65 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the pak65 Platform or its content.

Unauthorised use of pak65 intellectual property — including mirroring the site, using the pak65 name or logo without permission, or creating derivative platforms — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak65 limits its liability to Players as follows:

• pak65 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of games or services. pak65 is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
• pak65 is not liable for losses resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the Player's side, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.
• pak65 expressly disclaims liability for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform. pak65's total liability to any single Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the balance held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.
• Gambling carries inherent financial risk. pak65 is not liable for financial losses incurred through gameplay. Players accept this risk voluntarily when registering a pak65 account.

pak65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Conduct that pak65 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform;
• Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with pak65's inactive account policy;
• A requirement arising from pak65's regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations;
• A Player's voluntary account closure request.

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced by pak65 — any real-money balance in the account that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML verification. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for return.
